As I'm sure you know, it's always hard to get personalised and enduring service out of a telco but Sixfam are doing a great job at keeping things personal. We have 10 locations and phone lines going off in all imaginable directions with several layers of IVR menus and if I've ever got an issue, they fix it straight away from their MELBOURNE based office. Winner, winner, chicken dinner."
